In 1991 Adidas introduced a collection of innovative sneakers that were explained by their head designer Peter Moore (yes, the same Peter Moore that designed the Air Jordan 1) as, "Everything that's essential. Nothing that's not." It was called Adidas EQT, short for "EQUIPMENT," and in recent years Adidas started revisiting many of these EQT models - which are now being updated with modern materials, like the Adidas EQT Support ADV.
The Support ADV reimagines the spirit of the EQT collection in a bold new light, adding innovation to a progressive design. These shoes feature a sock-like upper that comes in an authentic mix of mesh and synthetic nubuck. A soft moulded TPU overlay wraps the heel, giving them cutting-edge style. Signature webbing tape 3-Stripes integrate into the midsole, calling out to a new era of adidas' heritage.
