The most important factor that prevents us from realizing our dreams is simply and unfortunately ourselves. We set limits every day, intentionally or not. However, there are many ways to mitigate these constraints.
Here are 20 things you need to get rid of if you want to be happy.

1. Approval of others.

Be satisfied with the decisions you make. Think of everything you could do if you stop giving importance to the opinions of others on how you live. Engage in all actions that you think can improve your life.

2. Anger and resentment. 

Anger consumes you from the inside. Learn to make peace with those who have harmed you. Keep in mind that the one that irritates you controls the only you.

3. The negative image of your body. 

There is only one person who can express an opinion on your physical things, it is you. No one else has the right to judge if your physiognomy is "correct." Being well in your skin and healthy are the only things that matter.

4. The idea or expectation of the perfect partner. 

There is no ideal partner. The idealized image of the partner prevents us from advancing in life. Find the right person for you: the one you can enjoy thoroughly, with whom you feel comfortable and who accepts you as you are.

5. The perfect life. 

Just as for the partner, there is no perfect existence. Life is made up of the elements you choose. The choices you make will be reflected directly in the life you lead. So it's up to you to create your best of all possible worlds.

6. The idea that you will become rich. 

Too many people live by thinking that they will one day be millionaires.
