Can You Fall in Love With Two People At the Same Time?

Can you love two people at the same time? Can a man have two relationships at the same time? Confusion is that monstrous tornado that makes you lose grip of your emotions and start feeling torn between two or more things. It’s a common state that we all fall into whenever we are taking a big decision in our lives. But can this happen to us when it comes to love? Can we have feelings for two people at the same time and have two minds about who among them we love?
Can You Fall in Love With Two People At the Same Time?
The answer is yes! In fact, you can be in love with two people and don’t feel any kind of confusion. You can see it as a normal circumstance, just like enjoying two flavors of ice cream at the same time. Loving caramel won’t stop you from picking strawberry when you have the mood. It’s as simple as that and far more complicated than that.

The thing is we are involved, puzzling beings who follow no instruction manual and it’s very possible that two different traits in two different people can both appeal to us because we are not machines.

We don’t follow an orderly administration that allows us to be in love with only one person at a time. So, yes -though it’s not so common- you can be in love with two people at the exact same time. The reasons why this could happen are plenty. Maybe they both complement something in you, maybe one fills a void the other has left, perhaps you are desperately in need of love that one person isn’t enough for you, or maybe you are so in love with yourself that you want to explore more than one person until you stumble upon the one.

The question here is, what you should do about it?

I guess the best solution to any dilemma in our lives is to put yourself in the other person’s shoes. Can you accept that the person you love while loving you be in love with another girl/guy? If yes, you’re definitely a unique being. But if you don’t, then we can’t put the evil day anymore. You’ve got to choose my friend.

How to do that? Well, if it comes to writing down the pros and cons in both persons do that. Don’t stay in that gray zone for too long. Love starts as a feeling, but at some point, it turns into a decision, so take one.

Both individuals might be great and make reliable partners. But even if you’re split right down the middle, you won’t miss that gut feeling that’ll give one person even just a slight advantage. Follow that intuition. Choosing is the only step forward you can take. Will you look back and say what if? Definitely. We are humans after all. But when you do come to a decision, try to stick to it. When you choose a partner to pursue, cut your focus from the other and really give this new relationship its best shot at success. Celebrate the aspects of this individual that led you to choose them over someone else.
